We travel the world to personally select each item found in the Discoveries stores. You will find the stores overflowing with unique, one-of-a-kind artifacts and home furnishings in addition to the latest trend setting furniture for 30-80% less than you would find in high end specialty stores and mail order catalogs. We also design, manufacture and import our own full line of custom, exclusive home furnishings.

As a result of buying direct from the artisans at the lowest possible price and shipping containers direct to our bare bones, low overhead, low markup stores, we are uniquely positioned to offer you quality, variety and affordability that you simply cannot find anywhere else.

Almost all of the hundreds of designs in our “Repeatable Collection” can be special ordered as is or in custom sizes and finishes at no up-charge. You can also provide us with your own design and we will produce it at the same low “shock & awe” pricing that you find on everything in our stores. Show us a price quote from another store and in most cases we will beat their price by 30-80%.

Even with a combined total of 25,000 sq. ft of showroom space, there is no way to stock all of the designs that we import so special ordering is a key part of what we do. Select from any of the items in the “Repeatable Collection” and order as shown or in a custom size or finish.

All of our furniture is made from solid hardwoods such as rosewood, teak and mahogany. We also have the largest offering of reclaimed teak and reclaimed railroad tie furniture in the Southeast. The craftsmanship of our wood furniture is the highest quality in design construction and materials. We also import many one-of-a-kind pieces, British Colonial and Asian antiques and unique accessories to create the optimal blend of cultural influences for the eclectic home.

These furnishings tell a story and will be around for generations to come. Today’s marketplace is filled with particleboard, veneers and paper backings, which can never be refinished and furniture stores that all look the same. Our furniture is timeless, very durable and made the way furniture was meant to be made. Our inventory is constantly changing with containers arriving regularly. The stores can go from full to empty in a matter of days. Only to be replenished again by more containers! We constantly slash prices on slow moving product to keep things moving so there are always tons of CLEARANCE options at what we call “slash & burn pricing”.
